Registrar of the world populations is an official  departmental public Trust of the Global Republic of All Universe.

The Organization is AVORLEAGTHSEN  Government Initiative aimed to uplifting and empowering everyone though the ACP enrollment programme.

The Global Republic of All Universe through various initiatives, such as ACP-ENROLLMENTS of the world Populations helps everyone to be documented,

The  Global Regimential Citizenship and the Global Regimetric Identity, is part of the programme to ensuring that all citizens in every country benefits with the advanced National Identity Initiative.

The  ACP ENROLLMENT PROGRAME  in making a lasting impact on this generation and spreading the message to ensuring that all participates during this process of Global documentation.

The Organization have Worldwide Populations Commission, helping all Citizens to be Registered into the Global Regimetric Data-Base.
