Global Regimetric Census, is a Worldwide Census which is conducted through three applicable methods. The first method is by recruiting the field-workers, through practical or online training and assessments of their ability to work at the Global level.
The Second Method applicable to the Global Regimetric Census is the availability of an individual who had been selected to work during the process.
Due to the Global nature of the Regimetric recruitment, certain majors are applied with regard to selections of the persons or group of Person(s)who have indicated their interests to participating on the Global Regimetric Government Program.

REGISTRAR OF THE WORLD POPULATIONS
This is a Legal Management Entity of the Global Republic of All Universe, an Administrative Office of Public Trust duly registered and empowered by law to profiling, certifying and registering every individual persons and or group of persons into the Worldwide Populations Registry.
The website for the Registrar of the world Populations, is always updated from time to time due to the high volumes of applications coming through, and the members of the public are advised to be patient with the Department until their respective applications are attended to by the relevant Authority,
The only applicable fees to be met as required by law, would be after a successful registration of every individual or group of individual (s) into the Registry of the Worldwide Populations Registry, which can be viewed on online through the Global Regimetric Data-Base is for the Global Regimetric Identity Document.
The G.R. ID is an advanced National Identity, which helps to unlocking the future of the bear's to be employed by the Ruling Government or for themselves for wide range of benefits,
The application to be enrolled into the ACP Government Enrollment Program, is the first and foremost positive step which is done online without any payment required.
The System will provide every applicant with an automatic reference number (Computer generated not manual) confirming your ACP- Government enrollment participation in any country where you reside.
The onus lies on the applicator to making sure that all questions are answered and the ACP-E-GOVERNMENT-FORM A is completed online.
The application for the Global Regimetric Identity cannot be processed without a pin code from the Registrar of the world Populations, a Departmental office duly empowered by law to have every citizen documented regardless of age or an office of Authority.
Eg, All citizens including all Leaders and World Presidents have the obligation to applying for the Global Regimetric Identity Documents as required by the Universal Supreme Laws and Order throughout the world.

The Worldwide Populations Commission, entrusted with the duty to carrying out the Global Regimetric Census will require the service of many professionals interested to working during this three (3) Year ACP Government Program.
The EMPLOYEES, who applied to work must also apply to be registered into the Worldwide Populations Registry, through the ACP GOVERNMENT ENROLLMENTS OF THE WORLD POPULATIONS.

The Worldwide Census Program is for a three year period from January 1, 2025 to December 30, 2027. Now, to ensuring that this processes are conducted properly, Quick and Efficient, all applications to be enrolled shall be done online.
The only physical contact would be the ACP-PERSONNEL'S who shall be gathering the personal data's of every citizen in every Country, and registration is done once.
This means, those traveling or living abroad can be employed to work, or apply to be enrolled wherever they are situated during this process in terms of Section 24 ACTS No. 132 Regulation 23 and 28 of the Global BILL OF RIGHT, Rule No. 43 o f August 19, 2012.

The Admin office Registrar of the World Populations, is indicated on the ACP GOVERNMENT ENROLLMENTS OF THE WORLD POPULATIONS document with the relevant email address for the return of the completed form to the Department of the Worldwide Populations Commission.
All applications shall be treated with an utmost care and a holder of this certificate are by law allowed to remain in the Country, or in Countries where they reside until registered.
